(CITY OF QUITMAN) A part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2 SE1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West, Cleburne County, Arkansas, described as beginning at the point where the East line of said W1/2 of the SE1/4 intersects the North right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 124, said point being the true point of beginning; thence Northwesterly along said North right-of-way line 386.00 feet; thence Northeasterly at a 90 degree angle to said right-of-way 577 feet, more or less, to a point on the East line of said W 1/2 of the SEI/4 694.45 feet North of the point of beginning; thence South along said East line 694.45 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.56 acres, more or less, subject to a 40 foot road right-of-way easement along the Southerly line thereof.
